Some weddings feel extra special for us because we already have a connection with the couple. Chelsea and Michael’s wedding at Wildflower Woods was definitely one of those days!
Michael is actually our sound engineer with The Big Badd, so getting to celebrate his wedding day with him and Chelsea was a pretty incredible experience for all of us. We spend so many nights working together to make other couples' weddings sound amazing, so it was especially fun to have Michael on the other side of the equation and celebrate him and Chelsea!
The day was absolutely beautiful from beginning to end. We started with a gorgeous outdoor wedding ceremony, surrounded by the natural beauty of Wildflower Woods. There is something really special about an outdoor ceremony, especially when the setting feels as beautiful and peaceful as this one. It created the perfect atmosphere for Chelsea and Michael to officially begin this next chapter together.
After the ceremony, everyone gathered for dinner before moving into the reception. We loved being able to experience the entire celebration with their family and friends. Good food, great people, plenty of laughter, and eventually a packed dance floor made for an awesome wedding night.
Of course, having Michael as our sound engineer made this one a little different for us too. Michael knows our band inside and out, and he has spent plenty of time behind the scenes helping us make our live performances sound their best. Getting to have him as the groom for a change was pretty special, and we were so excited to bring the same energy and attention to detail to his wedding that we bring to every Big Badd event.
That is one of the things we love most about what we do. We get to be part of so many incredible celebrations, but every wedding has its own story. Chelsea and Michael’s story just happened to include a beautiful outdoor ceremony, an incredible setting, a wonderful group of family and friends, and one of our own Big Badd crew members getting married!
